Igor is an innovator and a leading expert in AI-powered project management, with over 20 years of experience in software engineering. As the founder of PIA Information Systems, he laid the groundwork for advanced technological solutions, culminating in his role as the Lead Architect of the WinCode Predictive System. He specialises in the development of robust, high-tech infrastructures and the core engine of the AI predictive system. Based on Igor’s architectural design, Premium AI Solutions were established, featuring Miles Project Writer, Score AI Evaluator, Execute AI Manager, and Echo AI Reporter. Igor is currently defending his doctoral thesis at NYC & the University of Greater Manchester on the subject of Predictive Systems in Project Writing.
Sanja is an expert in the field of Artificial Intelligence and educational innovation, focused on the strategic implementation of premium AI solutions. As a Co-founder of the WinCode Predictive brand, she has been instrumental in developing custom-made AI mentors designed to support project design, evaluation, implementation, and reporting. She holds advanced academic degrees in both Engineering Management and Applied Linguistics. Through her Master’s research, she demonstrated that AI-driven mentoring dialogue substantially improves project quality while boosting the confidence and performance of project writers. She is currently advancing her research through a doctoral thesis at NYC & the University of Greater Manchester, focusing on how the implementation of AI methodologies transforms professional mentoring within MBA Executive higher education.

Through AI-specialised mentors and intensive 72-hour incubators, we teach clients to navigate the forensic complexity of EU proposals, close logic gaps before evaluation, and achieve success.
